Production & Quality Check
- All furniture is hand-crafted to order.
- Production typically takes 4–8 weeks.
- Every item undergoes a strict quality check before shipping.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We ship worldwide via express courier, air freight, or sea freight, depending on order size and destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated per order; customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
- Express Courier: 5–10 business days
- Air Freight: 1–3 weeks
- Sea Freight: 3–6 weeks
Note: Customs or local regulations may cause slight delays.
Handling & Insurance
- Furniture is carefully packed to ensure safe transport.
- We recommend insurance for high-value orders.
- Damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Custom orders are updated during production and dispatch. Returns & Exchanges
- Custom-made items cannot be returned.
- Exchanges or replacements are possible only in cases of defects or damage during transit.
