Our Process
1. Client Enquiry
Clients share their requirements, including product type, dimensions, style, materials, quantity, and delivery location.
2. Consultation & Product Selection
We review the request, offer professional recommendations, and present product options, catalogs and ship colour swatch if necessary via express.
3. Quotation
A detailed quotation is provided, covering product specifications, unit prices, lead times, and shipping terms.
4. Order Confirmation
Clients confirm selected items, quantities, finishes, and any customization details.
5. Proforma Invoice & Deposit
We issue a proforma invoice, and the client secures the order by paying the agreed deposit.
6. Production
Products are crafted according to confirmed details, we have quality check at every step during production.

7. Quality Inspection & Packing
Our QC team performs rigorous checks on each item, ensuring they meet agreed quality standards before packing.
8. Balance Payment & Shipment
Once the balance payment is received, we arrange shipping via our trusted logistics partners and provide tracking details.
9. Aftersale service
Our after-sales service supports overseas projects with responsive solutions, technical guidance, and lasting quality assurance.
